We applied to several agencies simultaneously. One of them delayed with response for too long. In the other they have actively dissuaded us on holding an official ceremony, insisting on a symbolic one. And the third one had shocking prices. And then we’ve found a great website. Its owner specializes in weddings in Portugal. Irina has promptly answered all our questions, heard our wishes and sent us various options. We have chosen a cozy Palmela castle half an hour of driving from Lisbon. It’s a very comfortable site with a hotel, restaurant and very friendly staff, who subsequently acted as our witnesses ;) We discussed details by email for about a month, talked via Skype, coordinating all procedures, program, meals and decorations.
